How do I get started with Swirker?
Getting started is easy! Sign up to be apart of our waitlist. Once it's your turn enjoy exclusive access to revolutionary tools, invite your team members, add your first client, create your first project, and start optimizing your time. Our onboarding guide will walk you through each step.
Can I import data from another time tracking tool?
Yes! We support data imports from most popular time tracking and project management tools. You can literally give us a text file. Contact our support team for assistance with data migration.
How does billing work?
Pick a plan, add a card, we handle the rest. Need more from Swirker, get in touch with one of our sales reps and we will design a custom enterprise package that suits you.
What integrations are available?
Calendar integrations are still in beta. Need more? Get in touch and let us know what you need and we will try our best to add it in a upcoming update.
How do I generate invoices/quotes?
Go to the Reports section, select the billing period, project and client, then click "Generate Invoice". Rates are decided based on your project and client rates allowing for clean, consistent quoting and invoicing. You can customize invoice templates and send them directly to clients.
How do I manage team permissions?
Team permissions can be configured in your Swirker Organization account. Settings > Team Management. You can set roles like Owner, Admin, Team Leader, Accounts, Member and more with different access levels.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your data before canceling. We'll keep your data for 30 days after cancellation in case you want to reactivate your account.
